It is better to give everyone in the world a steam deck for a good price then a few people get over charged and the device dies. steam deck might be in somewhat higher demand but every time steam has to RMA one back cause it can't do what it says or reimburse someone its a loss. I don't think there is one real user on steam that wouldn't welcome seeing a steam deck price drop to make it affordable for them to own a piece of hardware that really isn't needed.Īs for valve index VR is very stagnant so i don't think index is selling at all now a days.
